01What does ClubApp cost?
The app is free. Tickets, tables and add-ons cost the same as at the door — sometimes less with early-bird tariffs. No hidden fees.
02Which cities is ClubApp live in?
Live in Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Zurich and Dubai. Hamburg and Frankfurt follow in 2026. Sign up to the waitlist for early access.
03Does Fast Lane actually work?
Yes. We have contracts with the venues. You scan, the bouncer sees you on the tablet, you go in. No discussion, no list, no "do we know each other".
04What happens if I cancel?
GA tickets are refundable up to 24h before the event (90% back). VIP tables are firm — like any restaurant. Group Split handles this automatically.
05Apple Wallet & Google Wallet?
Both. Tickets, tables, memberships land automatically in the wallet. Scannable offline. Even if your battery dies — the bouncer has you on the tablet.
06How does Group Split work?
You order for the group (table, bottles, tickets). Each person gets a link. Whoever confirms, pays their share. Who cancels, drops out. You're not suddenly stuck with an €800 bottle.
07What about privacy?
Hosted in Frankfurt, ISO 27001, GDPR-native. We share no data with the club beyond what's needed for entry (name + ticket ID). No ad IDs, no third-party tracking.
08Am I a member or a guest?
Guest by default. Optional membership (regional or global) with priority on releases, membership NFT, dedicated events. €9 / month. No lock-in.
09What about DJ Alerts?
You follow a DJ — we ping you the moment they announce a gig in your city. With a buy-now link in the same push. 30 seconds between "announcement" and "ticket in your wallet".
10What's the roadmap?
Q2 2026: live-stream module. Q3 2026: biometric entry (opt-in). Q4 2026: hotel concierge integration. Membership NFTs are already live in a closed beta.
